The kitchen emphasizes homemade food. Many of the ingredients are local and locally sourced.
A good day always starts with a good breakfast. Here you'll find everything from oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, boiled eggs, homemade jams, and various cheeses. We bake all the bread ourselves in-house every day. This also makes it easy to pack your own lunch for the day's hike.
Dinner menus consist of elk, deer, reindeer, fish, and traditional festive food from Gudbrandsdalen. On Saturday evenings during peak season, we offer a buffet with traditional dishes. Sour cream porridge, cured meats, salads, and hot dishes.
